Census 2010 is Coming to a YOU just around the corner. Click below to read more

Just helping to spread the words to all you Pacific Islanders out there that this census count is critical and we must do our part in spreading the words and be active participants in this upcoming event.

Our race or ethnic group has been ignored too long therefore and we must change that view and be counted in the up coming census count 2010. Why is this important to us?

  • The census is a count of everyone living in the United States every 10 years.
  • The census is mandated by the US Constitution
  • The next census is in 2010
  • Your participation in the census is required by law
  • There are only 10 questions on the Census Questionnaire and it takes less than 10 minutes to complete
  • Federal law protects the personal information you share during the census
  • Census data are used to distribute Congressional seats to states, to make decisions about what community services to provide, and to distribute $300 billion in federal funds to local, state and tribal government each year.

Please stay tuned for more info.
